Our Pale Ale is a classic blend of all the finest points of Old and New World brewing elements: clean biscuity malt characters derived from Maris Otter; Crystal malts overlaid with exotic fruit flavours; aromas derived principally from Australian-grown Galaxy hops.
Rich golden orange in colour and with a perfect balance between exquisite malt sweetness and moderate hop bitterness, our Pale Ale offers a barrage of flavour whilst maintaining a refreshing drinkability. This Pale Ale is medium bodied with medium bitterness.
